Camp K Nine’s operating hours are 8 AM to 7 PM.
Our office hours are: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM.
Please note that we are closed on Sundays.

The Bordetella vaccination serves to safeguard against upper respiratory canine cough, including Tracheobronchitis, often referred to as kennel cough. It is important to note that while this vaccination is a preventive measure, it is not guaranteed to be 100% effective, similar to other vaccinations. This information is intended to help protect your dog from the risk of contracting kennel cough.
In the event of a missed pick-up, Camp K Nine will provide food for your dog and ensure proper bedding for an overnight stay as a boarder. Every attempt will be made to promptly notify you of your dog’s transition to our boarding facilities. Please be advised that an additional charge will apply for the overnight stay. We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in Camp K Nine.
We will gladly administer your dog’s medications at no additional charge. Please make sure you bring enough medications for your dog’s entire stay.
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are committed to making every effort to reach out to your veterinarian for the treatment of your dog. In the event that your veterinarian is unavailable, we will engage a veterinarian selected by us for your dog’s treatment. Please be aware that you are responsible for covering all veterinary fees for your dog, even during their stay with us, should they require medical attention. Thank you for choosing Camp K Nine. Yes, we do offer a Bubble Bath service offering, for an additional charge.
The dogs are constantly supervised. Inappropriate play is stopped and good behavior is rewarded. The staff keeps the dogs safe, clean and well cared for.
If you know your pet may be a picky eater, feel free to bring special treats from home and we can add it to their food if needed.
At Camp K Nine, we offer dog evaluations from:
Monday through Saturday between 10 AM and 2 PM.
A fee of $45 plus tax applies for these evaluations are required in advance.
To ensure the health and safety of our guests at Camp K Nine, we maintain strict vaccination and screening requirements for all dogs participating in our services. It is essential that dogs have the following vaccinations and screenings up to date:
– Distemper/Parvo or proof of titers
– Rabies vaccination for dogs over 4 months of age
– Annual Bordetella vaccine
– Annual Canine Influenza Virus (CIV) Vaccine
– Annual Fecal test with a negative result for group play eligibility. Dogs with no fecal test or positive results will not be permitted in group play, incurring a $25/day special handling fee and limited to outside walks only.
Cancellations:
A 48-hour notice is required prior to arrival to avoid a one-night stay charge.
Prices are subject to change, with holiday rates in effect and non-refundable holiday deposits.
After-hours admission/discharge incurs a $40 fee, arranged in advance.

Intact dogs (not spayed/neutered) are welcome at Camp K Nine, except for females in heat. Dogs over 7 months of age will not participate in group play but will engage in our Personal Play program instead.
We have surveillance cameras, in addition to our safety and cleanliness standards.
As you prepare for your dog’s upcoming stay at Camp K-Nine, we want to ensure that the experience is as smooth and comfortable as possible for both you and your beloved pet. To facilitate a seamless check-in process, please carefully review the following guidelines:
1.) Paperwork: Kindly ensure that all necessary paperwork is duly filled out and submitted prior to your dog’s arrival. This includes any forms that we may have provided for you to detail your pet’s care requirements.
2.) Vaccination Records: It is essential to provide a current vaccination record for your dog. This record must be up to date and reflect all vaccinations as required by our camp’s policies.
3.) Dog Food: We request that you bring sufficient food for the duration of your dog’s stay. If it is convenient, we recommend pre-bagging the food by day to facilitate mealtime. Alternatively, you may bring a larger bag of food. Please include clear feeding instructions on the front of the bag, specifying the amount (e.g., 5 cups per day) and any other pertinent details regarding your dog’s dietary needs.
4.) Bedding and Toys: While Camp K-Nine supplies all necessary items for a comfortable stay, including bowls and a clean, cozy environment, you are welcome to bring a blanket or a soft bed for additional comfort. You may also choose to bring one toy for your dog to enjoy during their stay.
Please note, it is not necessary to bring any other items, as we strive to provide everything your dog may need for a happy and healthy visit.

Yes, During Play at Camp K Nine, dogs engage in vigorous activities and playful wrestling, While we ensure a safe environment with trained supervisors overseeing every group at all times, it is important to note that minor cuts or scrapes can occasionally occur. Despite our stringent policies against aggressive behavior, the use of teeth and nails in playful interactions can lead to such minor injuries. Our team remains vigilant in monitoring your dog’s behavior, but it is possible for these small incidents to go unnoticed. Although rare, there may be instances of more moderate injuries due to rough play. Rest assured, your dog’s safety and well-being are our top priorities.
