Camp K Nine's business hours of operation are from 8 AM to 7 PM. Our office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays, our office is open from 8 AM to 12 PM. In the event of a missed pick-up from daycare, Camp K Nine will provide food for your dog and ensure proper bedding for an overnight stay as a boarder. We are committed to making every effort to reach out to your veterinarian for the treatment of your dog. In the event that your veterinarian is unavailable, we will engage a veterinarian selected by us for your dog's treatment. Please be aware that you are responsible for covering all veterinary fees for your dog, even during their stay with us, should they require medical attention.

The dogs are constantly supervised. Inappropriate play is stopped and good behavior is rewarded. The staff keeps the dogs safe, clean and well cared for. They are never left alone.
Of course. We actually encourage pet parents to bring their dog’s normal food with them when they come to Camp K Nine. If you cannot or would rather not supply your own food, or if we run out of your dog’s food while you’re away, we’ll be happy to accommodate your dog by feeding him or her with our house food.
If you know your pet may be a picky eater, feel free to bring special treats from home and we can add it to their food if needed.
At Camp K Nine, we offer dog evaluations from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 2 PM. A fee of $35 plus tax applies for these evaluations.
We offer discounts for each additional dog for both daycare and boarding services.
For those who have a big family, we incorporate discounts into your invoice for full day of daycare, half day of daycare, daycare packages and playmate boarding. To receive the playmate boarding discounts, your pets must be staying in the same suite.
Daycare Services: $5 off each full day (for packages that include $5 off each package day)
Boarding Services: 2nd Dog: $5 off, 3rd Dog: $10 0ff.
To ensure the health and safety of our guests at Camp K Nine, we maintain strict vaccination and screening requirements for all dogs participating in our services. It is essential that dogs have the following vaccinations and screenings up to date:
- Distemper/Parvo or proof of titers
- Rabies vaccination for dogs over 4 months of age
- Annual Bordetella vaccine
- Annual Canine Influenza Virus (CIV) Vaccine
- Annual Fecal test with a negative result for group play eligibility. Dogs with no fecal test or positive results will not be permitted in group play, incurring a $25/day special handling fee and limited to outside walks only.
Intact Policy:
Intact dogs (not spayed/neutered) are welcome at Camp K Nine, except for females in heat. Dogs over 7 months of age will not participate in group play but will engage in our Personal Play program instead.
Please ensure your veterinarian contacts us to confirm vaccinations or bring photocopies during Check-In.

Cancellations:
A 48-hour notice is required prior to arrival to avoid a one-night stay charge. Prices are subject to change, with holiday rates in effect and non-refundable holiday deposits.

2. Vaccination Records: It is essential to provide a current vaccination record for your dog. This record must be up to date and reflect all vaccinations as required by our camp's policies.
3. Dog Food: We request that you bring sufficient food for the duration of your dog's stay. If it is convenient, we recommend pre-bagging the food by day to facilitate mealtime. Alternatively, you may bring a larger bag of food. Please include clear feeding instructions on the front of the bag, specifying the amount (e.g., 5 cups per day) and any other pertinent details regarding your dog's dietary needs.
4. Bedding and Toys: While Camp K-Nine supplies all necessary items for a comfortable stay, including bowls and a clean, cozy environment, you are welcome to bring a blanket or a soft bed for additional comfort. You may also choose to bring one toy for your dog to enjoy during their stay.
Please note that it is not necessary to bring any other items, as we strive to provide everything your dog may need for a happy and healthy visit.
