Step 1. Vaccination Records

For all new customers and evaluations, we kindly request that you provide your dog’s vaccination records. This is essential to ensure that all dogs on our premises are up-to-date with their vaccinations. Please email the records to campknine@gmail.com.

Step 2. Agreement Form

Prior to your initial appointment, we email our Service Agreement form to you to be filled out, signed and submitted back to us.​

Step 3. Schedule an Evaluation

Use the form here or give us a call directly at 848-225-8882 to assist you in scheduling an appointment. During this initial evaluation, our trainer will assess your dog’s behavior, discuss your training requirements and provide tailored recommendations based on your needs. Please note, the initial evaluation is approximately 30-minutes, payable in advance.
